Wrinkle Free Eyes
Step1
Protect your skin from the sun. Sun damage causes wrinkles to appear early, especially around the eyes. Wear sunglasses while outside and put on sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher.
Step 2
Stop smoking. Smoking causes fine lines to develop around your eyes as well. If you want wrinkle-free eyes, you need to stop this habit.
Step 3
Wrinkle free eyes might not be possible, but you can reduce your wrinkles by a great deal. The first thing you want to do is have a look at your diet.
Are you eating processed foods, junk foods, sugar, coffee or anything similar? Maybe you're already eating pretty healthy, and that is good.Start adding more berries, oranges and dark green leafy vegetables into your diet. Eat as much as you want. You could even juice the greens to get more of them into your diet.
Hygiene Products
The second thing you want to look at are your hygiene products. Are you using soaps, skin creams, shampoos and other products that contain harmful ingredients?
The ingredients you want to look for are alcohols, sulfates, dioxanes and parabens. These will dry your skin, give you more wrinkles and make you look older.
Step 4
Use an eye cream to combat wrinkles. Eye creams keep your skin hydrated and help you stay wrinkle-free around the eyes. Some of the best anti-aging eye creams include Relastin's Eye Silk and Murad's Renewing Eye Cream.
Step 5
Put on a night cream before you go to bed at night. Preferably, use a night cream that contains vitamin A. Night creams you can try include Clinique's Repairwear Intensive Night Cream and Mary Kay's Extra Emollient Night Cream.
